Managing Video and Photography Requests
BJC Media Services hours allocated to BJC hospitals and service organizations are estimates based on the amount of annual staff time available, contributions to net revenue and historical usage. We make every effort to accommodate the needs of our communications and marketing clients on a case-by-case basis.
While the allocation will cover most of the work done by BJC Media Services, our staff time is only one piece of a video project. While you will not be charged for our staff time, you will need to pay for hard costs, such as tapes and DVDs, on-camera talent, voiceover talent, animation or music licensing fees. These costs will be estimated during the project assessment phase.

If we receive project requests from employees associated with your hospital or service organization who are not part of the communications and marketing department, we will recommend they call you for approval to proceed. That way, you can better assess the project's priority.
